Prepare Dough

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Rub in butter until crumbly.

Add milk gradually and form soft dough.
Shape & Bake

Shape into a thick disc and cut.

Place on tray and brush with milk.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
Notes
Add extra milk if dough feels dry.
Slightly denser than regular scones.
