Prepare Dough

Preheat oven to 200°C and line a tray.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Rub in cold butter until crumbly.

Add milk and vanilla, mix gently to form dough.
Shape & Bake

Pat dough to 2 cm thickness.

Cut into shapes and place on tray.

Brush with milk.

Notes
Do not overmix dough.
